Information Collection and Use
Information Collection
IMOGO is the sole owner of the information collected on www.imogo.com including all sub-domains. IMOGO collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site. If you register for our on-line products or services on the registration page, we ask you for personal information including a user name and password in order to install and maintain our products and services on your behalf. This information allows us to ensure that you are able to access and use our on-line products and services and for us to contact you regarding these products and service offerings.
User Password
In order for users to access our online products and services through our Web site, the user is assigned unique identifiers such as a login, user and password to fully utilize our Web site. The username is not related to a user's email address and IMOGO does not send out usernames or passwords via email, except to the user, following registration for their records only. We use this login and password to track the activities of users and to contact the user about programs and services on our site for which he/she has expressed interest. We can resend a password but cannot see it. A user is free to choose their own username and password which we then verify through email.
Login
Currently, there is no login necessary to use our Web site. A login will be required on our site when a user wishes to purchase our online products and services from our Web site or to use extended services. During this login process, a user is required to give contact information such as name and email address. We use this information to contact the user to verify their login and for the purposes of setting up a registration account thereby allowing the user to access programs and services on our site for which he/she wishes to participate.
We use a third party payor to process online payments for the purchase of our online products and services and you will be requested to provide personal information to the third payor in accordance with their terms and conditions and such personal information is handled in accordance with the privacy terms of the third party payor. We currently do retain any personal information related to such third party payor financial transactions.

We create user accounts to tailor the information displayed to each individual user and as applicable to the users. We collect user specific information from our users such as providing information to other users through the member query and view features of our database.
The www.imogo.com site has specific sections available to all users and other specific sections that may be accessed by specific users only.
Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the users personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Web site and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to them. We do not share your profile with other third parties.
Throughout the site, the user is identified by their user name. No other IMOGO registered users will be able to see any of another user's "Profile" information. Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. We also use logs including internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information to enable our Web-based service. We use a tracking utility called Awstats to track and interpret log files and to analyze user movement.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We send all new users a welcoming email. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and in a monthly newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications (an user can opt out of the newsletter in our "profile" section.)

If a user wishes to no longer receive our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.
